Terms & Conditions

* The Service is non-transferable and is location or city and person specific.

* Any Services for out station shall be charged additionally.

* Hospital/Doctor visits is non-chargeable for upto three hours, thereafter Rs350/- per hour shall be charged. Time calculated as per residence to residence. 

* No Conveyence shall be charged for reaching out to the residence of the parents and coming back of our representatives. However conveyence shall be charged on actuals for jobs (banking, officials etc.) from residence to point and back.

*If any of our Representatives have to stay back for more than four hours the food bill on actuals would be charged.

* Payments can be made monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly as per convenience.

* Your Friend In The City will not be liable for service issues arising out of any services provided by a Third Party. For example we take patients to specific hospital , our Company is no way liable for any Service issues arising on end of the Hospital. 

*We hold the right to cancel our Services at any point of time for derogatory behavavior or abusive languages by our end users or subscribers without showing any reason whatsoever.

* Payments are to be done before or on the due date.  A grace of five days is granted after which we de-activate or off-line our Services without any Notice. Re-activation Charge of Rs.750/- will be levied for non-payment on due dates.  

* Tailor made solutions can also be arranged in case you have any specific need. These will have specific rates.

* Minimum Booking- 6 months

* Special discounts for St Xavier's School, & Carmel Durgapur and Kolkata alumni
